Comedian and singer Des O’Connor is coming to Dartford in celebration of his lengthy career

Legendary singer and comedian Des O’Connor is bringing a new show celebrating his stage and screen career to Dartford.

The theatre show will include video clips of his time on the stage with other stars such as Barbra Streisand, Tom Jones, Tina Turner, Morecambe & Wise, Dolly Parton, Elton John, Pavarotti, Oliver Reed, Shirley Bassey, Will Smith, and Robert Redford.

A former chat show host, he was the presenter of the long-running Channel 4 gameshow Countdown for two years.

His singing career has seen him recorded 36 albums with four top-ten singles.

His show will be coming to Dartford’s Orchard Theatre on May 22.
