There’ll be interviews from his friends and colleagues too

Singer Barry Steele will be paying homage to the legendary Roy Orbison when he performs at Dartford’s Orchard Theatre on September 21.

Barry will take audiences through Orbison’s hits from the early 60s leading up to the acclaimed concert The Black and White Night and The Travelling Wilburys.

The multimedia show not only features a band and musicians but a big screen with both live streaming, and images from the life and times of Orbison.

There’ll be interviews from stars who worked and shared centre stage with him, interspersed with facts and information about his upbringing and rise to fame, included as well.

The Roy Orbison Story will also feature hits made famous by The Spencer Davies Group, Del Shannon, and Jerry Lee Lewis, culminating in a ‘mix tape’ of 60s and 80s classic tracks.
