Johnnie Jackson wants Charlton to hit the ground running in the Championship
Charlton captain Johnnie Jackson wants the Addicks to stick to their League One title-winning principles when they start life back in the Championship.
The 29-year-old, who netted 13 times from midfield last season, told Charlton’s official website: “The target is just to carry on from where we left off and try to win as many games as we can and see where we go,
“It’s been done before and we’ll be trying to do our best.
“We’re not going to set targets and say we should get promoted, should do this and should do that, but we’ll be as competitive as we always are and give it our best shot,” he added.
