Ebbsfleet United’s scheduled game today with Alfreton Town in the Blue Square Bet Premier has been called off because of a frozen pitch.

Supporters and officials worked on the pitch on Thursday and Friday, but the sub zero temperatures overnight saw the Stonebridge Road pitch deemed unplayable.

A new date for the game has yet to be arranged.

Meanwhile, Dartford’s game with Sutton United also failed to pass a pitch inspection this morning.
