Alleged violent robbery in Dartford sees cash and cigarettes stolen

Police are investigating a robbery reported in Dartford earlier this morning (Thursday), after a member of staff was allegedly assaulted.

Cash was reportedly stolen from the till of a shop in St Vincent’s Road and a number of cigarette packets also taken.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called at 7.17am on Thursday 8 September after a man entered a shop and allegedly assaulted a member of staff, close to the junction with Bow Arrow Lane.
