Campaigners against a proposed crossing east of Gravesend have organised a country walk through the area.

A guided walk through Shorne’s marshland will show the potential route of ‘option c’ - Highways England’s preferred route for a lower Thames crossing.

Leading the walk will be Christoph Bull.

The local hisorian said: “Come and enjoy the marshland and stories of both Shorne and Chalk parishes - and see what could be be destroyed for ever.”

The free event takes place on Saturday, October 22, at the bottom of Queen farms Road at 2.30pm.

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.

Who wouldn’t love the chance to go on a shopping spree. Imagine being able to walk into a shop and choose whatever your heart desires without having to worry about how much it costs.
