Charing Cross and Ebbsfleet to Ashford service to close this Sunday

Passengers on board Southeastern rail will face disruption this weekend as Charing Cross closes.

The London terminus will close on Sunday due to engineering work, with services planned to start and terminate from London Cannon Street instead.

Passengers will be able to use tickets on London Underground between London terminals and DLR services between Lewisham and Greenwich.

The same, day, no trains will be running between Ebbsfleet and Ashford or between Ashford and Canterbury West.

Replacement buses will be in operation.
