Dartford man charged following fatal New Ash Green crash

The crash was in November

A Dartford man has been charged in connection to the fatal crash which killed a 56-year-old in New Ash Green last year.

Ross Bryant, 27 from James Road, Dartford, was charged with causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving while uninsured and unlicensed.

He is also charged with failing to stop at the scene of a collision and failing to report a collision to police.

Bryant was arrested the day after the fatal crash in which the driver died at the scene in Ash Road.

He will appear before Dartford Magistrates Court on April 28.
