Dartford man jailed for GBH

A Dartford man who kicked a teenager in the face and broke his jaw has been jailed for three years and four months.
Timothy Henri Bainbridge, 21, of Dartford Road, assaulted the 17-year-old boy on September 24 2011 when the victim was sitting with a group of friends outside a store in Dartford Road.
Bainbridge walked up to the victim and tried to take a bottle of cider from him. He pushed the victim to the side and kicked him twice in the face.
Bainbridge was arrested on October 8 and charged with causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent. On March 23 he was convicted at Maidstone Crown Court followed by being sentenced on May 3 to 40 months in prison.
