Following the news that Taco Bell may soon be landing on a Dartford High Street corner, the KFC it looks set to replace has announced plans for its future in the town.

In the coming months the fast-food chain is set to move to the Priory Shopping Centre as the town prepares for the arrival of the 18th Taco Bell to land on our shores.

Tracey Datlen, regional manager for KFC Dartford, said: “The new restaurant will be almost double the size of the existing Dartford KFC and will be split across two floors with our latest restaurant design.

“We will be looking for 15 new team members for this restaurant, so would love for potential staff to apply on our website at www.kfccareers.co.uk.”

The town centre is already served by a McDonalds, Wimpy and two Subway as well as kebab and chip shops, but our online poll suggests shoppers are keen for more fast-food outlets to arrive.

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.

Who wouldn’t love the chance to go on a shopping spree. Imagine being able to walk into a shop and choose whatever your heart desires without having to worry about how much it costs.
