Keith Chapman was last seen in the Dartford area at about lunchtime on Thursday January 19.

He is white, about 5ft 9in and can have difficulties in communicating with people.

Officers believe he may still be in Kent, or he may have travelled to the Essex or Norfolk area.

He was last seen wearing a red sports zip up Adidas top with white stripes, a red t-shirt, black trousers and red trainers and may have his bicycle which is white with him.
