Moped rider attacked before gang steals his bike in Gravesend

The incident happened on Sunday afternoon

A moped rider has lost his vehicle after he was attacked in broad daylight on Sunday.

Kent Police sent officers to Livingstone Road at 2.09pm, following a report of a robbery.

A spokesperson from the force said: “A number of males attended the scene and conducted a search of the area.

“Officers attended the scene and conducted a search of the area.”

Following the incident, police are now appealing for witnesses.

The Kent Police spokesperson added: “Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call the Kent Police appeal line on 01474 366149 quoting reference number 15-0737.”
