Police are on the lookout for two suspects they believe are behind a string of burglaries in west Kent.

Nine incidents have been reported to police across Sevenoaks, Swanley and Longfield in the past month, the most recent of which happened on Wednesday, May 3.

Police were called to Manor Drive in Hartley after car keys, a handbag and small electronic items were taken between 4am and 4.15am.

Officers believe there are two suspects behind the burglary spree, both of whom are believed to be either 19 or 20-years-old.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “They have been seen wearing high visibility jackets and crash helmets, one which is red in colour and the second which is black. The suspects are reported to use mopeds in order to commit the burglaries.”

So far the burglars have struck in the evening and in the day time.
