Police appeal after pensioner robbed in Gravesend

Police investigating a robbery in Gravesend have today issued a CCTV image of a man and a woman who may be able to help with their inquiries.

The incident is reported to have happened in an underpass between Prospect Grove and Raphael Road at around 4.50pm on Tuesday, December 5.

A man is alleged to have pushed the victim, a woman aged in her 70s, before stealing her handbag containing cash and bank cards.

One of the bank cards is reported to have been used at an ATM in London Road at around 5.16pm on the same day.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone with information about the incident or who may know the identity of those pictured.
