Jayne Phillips joined her local Slimming World group in Swanley two years ago and dropped from a size 18 to a 10.

She has since trained as a consultant for Slimming World.

Jayne said: “When I first joined Slimming World as a member, I never dreamed that I would end up helping other people to lose weight but now I just can’t wait to get started.

“After losing four stone and completing my training, it’s a privilege for me to be able to pass on the experience, insight and understanding.”

Jayne’s Slimming World group will be held at Christ Church Centre, Kingswood Avenue in Swanley every Saturday at 8am and 10am from July 21.

For more information either pop along on the day or call Jayne on 07557979435.
