Swanley woman airlifted to London hospital after crash this afternoon

She was taken to Kings College Hospital

A road was closed in Swanley this afternoon (Tuesday) after a woman had to be airlifted to hospital.

Emergency services were on scene in St Mary’s Road following the crash involving one car.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “We were called at 2.28pm to an incident involving a vehicle.

“A woman sustained serious injuries, Secamb and an air ambulance were both on scene.”

She is believed to have been taken to Kings College Hospital in London.
