Three vehicle crash blocks all lanes on A2 between Bean and Darenth Interchange

Emergency services are on scene

Emergency services are at the scene of a three vehicle crash on the A2 between the Bean Interchange and the Darenth Interchange.

All lanes on the Londonbound carriageway were blocked following the crash just after 8.30am, causing long delays.

By 10.30am all lanes had reopened.

Police are at the scene along with Secamb paramedics and Kent Fire and Rescue Service.

KFRS confirmed there were no occupants trapped by the crash, having been called at 8.39am.

One person has been taken to Darent Valley Hospital, after a passing ambulance stopped at the scene.

Motorists are advised to expect delays in the area.
