The A2 near Gravesend was reopened yesterday after a car transporter overturned just before 3pm spilling its cargo across the two carriageways.
The coast-bound carriageway reopened at around 5pm while the London-bound carriageway partially reopened at 9pm while the lorry was recovered and were fully reopened this morning.
Two people were injured in the collision. The lorry driver has serious but not life-threatening injuries and a motorist has minor injuries.
Bluewater Shopping Centre is going to expand by almost a fifth despite strong objections from Gravesham Council.
