Medieval re-enactment at Shorne Woods

Shorne Woods was taken back to Tudor times at the weekend with a battle re-enactment group displaying their sword and archery skills.
The medieval weekend kicked off this summer’s archeology excavation at Randall Manor - an 800-year-old manor house in the park that is open to the public throughout July.
Armed robbers threatened a shopkeeper with a knife this morning at around 9.20am at Tasnim General Store in Bath Street.
