Voting in the London24 pet photograph competition is closing soon.

To send a link to this page to a friend, you must be logged in.

We received a flood of entries for the contest, with more than 400 pictures of adorable cats, dogs and other animals being submitted via Facebook.

The photos were sent in by proud owners who all feel their furry friends are deserving of special recognition.

We now need your help to decide the winner of the competition, so head to our Facebook page and cast a vote for one or more of the pictures which you like the best and think are the cutest.

Once the vote closes on Sunday and the most awesome animal has been chosen, we will post its picture along with a selection of the other popular entries on London24 and in the printed newspapers published by Archant.

Make sure your favourite does not miss out.
