Celebrated singer-songwriter Gilbert O’Sullivan is at The Orchard Theatre, Dartford on Tuesday, March 20.
O’Sullivan, who has had an illustrious 45-year career, is on a UK tour to celebrate his new album, A Singer and His Songs – The Very Best Of Gilbert O’Sullivan.
The album features songs from his 1971 debut LP, Himself, through to his most recent album Gilbertville, and features 14 UK hits, including Alone Again (Naturally) and Clair. His songs have appeared in TV series, including The Simpsons and Life On Mars as well as in films, and have been covered Sir Elton John, Nina Simone, The Pet Shop Boys and Sir Tom Jones.
He will be joined by an 11-piece band, including a string quartet.
