A musical show will be at the Orchard Theatre next month.
The hits of the 70s will be performed on stage in a new musical show.
The Solid Gold 70s show will be coming to Dartford next month.
It features the songs of iconic performers such as Queen, T.Rex, Elton John, 10CC, David Essex, Suzi Quatro, The Carpenters and ABBA.
Show producer Michael Taylor, who has worked on other musical shows such as Magic of Motown and Thank you for the Music, said: “Take a step back in time. Back to when 7.30pm on a Thursday night could mean only one thing - TVs tuned in to BBC One and families gathered together to watch Top of the Pops.”
Songs featured in the show include We Are The Champions, Don’t Go Breaking My Heart, Puppy Love, Things We Do For Love, If I Can’t Have You and Waterloo.
A live band will be accompanying the performers.
Mr Taylor added: “If, like me, you have fond memories of Pans People and Eurovision, Luke Skywalker and Saturday Night Fever, Danny and Sandy, Dastardly and Muttley, this is the show for you.
“With the cast bursting into the spotlight like an explosion in a paintshop, we guarantee theatre-goers the most colourful, top of the pops time of their lives.”
Audiences are invited to dress up for the performance.
The Solid Gold 70s show will be performed at the Orchard Theatre on April 14.
The performance starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £22 or £19 with concessions.
