To mark the 40th anniversary of the band Queen, One Night of Queen, with Gary Mullen and The Works, is being staged at Woodville Halls.

The band returns to the Gravesend theatre on Friday, September 9, by popular demand.

In 2000, Gary Mullen won TV talent show Stars in their Eyes with the largest number of votes ever cast on the show. The record of 864,838 votes was more than double that of the runner-up.

In 2002 Gary formed The Works to pay tribute to rock legends Queen. The band has also rocked the BBC Proms in the Park – twice, in front of a crowd of 40,000.

Tickets cost £17.50. To book, call 01474 33 77 74 or visit
