North Kent attraction is perfect way to get you in the Christmas spirit
Looking for a Father Christmas attraction with a twist then we’ve found the perfect treat.
Broadditch Farm is back with its Farmer Christmas experience promising a memorable visit to the big man.
Swap reindeer and sleigh for tractor and shopping centre for a log cabin in the Southfleet woodland and you have something quite special.
On our arrival families were transported by tractor to a magical Christmas scene away from the bustle of everyday life.
I visited early evening and my little one, Amelia, was transfixed by the Christmas lights and thoughtful displays as families arrived at his grotto, perched on straw bales on the noisy tractor.
Inside the cabin children – and parents – listened contentedly to the story of Christmas before collecting their generous gift from the helpful elves on the way out.
There was time to pose for a picture with Farmer Christmas as the excited children clambered on to the tractor before heading back to reality. And if you sing loud enough you might just catch Farmer Christmas jigging to his favourite songs.
It was the perfect way to get you in the Christmas spirit.
*The attraction is now fully booked so it’s advisable to book as soon as tickets go on sale next year to avoid disappointment.
