Thousands of pounds have spent on transforming Central Park toilets as part of a complete refurbishment set to be finished in April.

Improvements, costing £45,000, to the wash rooms by the Cranford Road gate include new toilets, hand wash basins, wall coverings and floors, plus the installation of new energy-saving sensor-operated LED lighting.

Dartford Council have also removed the asbestos used in the original construction.
