50-tonne log fire spreads to nearby building at Dartford farm

Three fire engines were called to the scene
Firefighters are tackling a 50-tonne log fire in Dartford this afternoon, with three fire engines currently on scene.
Crews were called to a farm in the Pinden area, near Longfield, where the blaze had started.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed the fire has spread to an adjacent building since they were called just after midday.
A spokesperson from KFRS said: “Crews are using main jets and hose reels to fight the blaze. KFRS’ specialist technical rescue team have also been called to the scene to assist.”
