The victim did not suffer life-threatening injuries

A man has been treated in hospital following an assault in Swanscombe yesterday (Tuesday).

An air ambulance was called out to the scene and assisted in treating the man, alongside crews from an ambulance and two additional SECAMB cars.

Police were also called to the scene at around 2.10pm.

A police spokesperson said: “A man is being treated in hospital with injuries which are not life threatening.

“Enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances.”
