The Archant London Food and Drink Awards saw more than 600 restaurants battle it out for the prestigious crown of London's finest.

Regional winners across all categories packed out central London's Radisson hotel, Portman Square, on Sunday evening to learn who had scooped the top prizes.

Scores of Archant London newspaper readers nominated their favourite restaurants, while food-loving customers voted in their hundreds for who they thought should win.

Celebrity chef Jean-Christophe Novelli presented gongs to the greatest chefs, restaurants and drinks masterminds. Archant London managing director Enzo Testa said: "These awards have taken on a life of their own. The overwhelming response from London diners, yet again re-enforces the quality and diversity of the regions eateries."

The Lang sen Vietnamese Restaurant in Bexleyheath was the overall winner in its category.
