STAFF from the property world scooped a host of top prizes at a glittering Times/Reporter ceremony, writes Marina Soteriou.
Presenter Paul Ross, ArchantLondon (publisher of your Times/Reporter) executive manager director, Enzo Testa, and sponsor Graham Dodd, fronted up our Property Awards at the International Hotel in Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf.
The event was also attended by East London and Essex publishing director, John Hooker, Times/Reporter group editor Melody Foreman, deputy editor Kate Bryson and advertising manager, Jacqui Henderson.
Residential Estate Agency of the Year winner was Robinson, Michael and Jackson from Gravesend while Walker Jarvis in Gravesend reached the finals.
Letting Agency of the Year was awarded to Capital in Sidcup. In the same category Orange Property Services in Gravesend and GPS Lettings in Sidcup both received the certificate of merit. Finalists included Walker Jarvis, Accommodate, Amax Estates all based in Gravesend.
Ashwood Estate Agents in Dartford also made the finals.
Innovation of the Year went to Amax Estates in Gravesend with Winkworth in Beckenham receiving the certificate of merit.
Winkworth in Beckenham was highly commended as Start Up of the Year and Ashwood Estate Agents in Dartford reached the finals.
Seren Park, near Maze Hill station in Greenwich was highly commended in the Residential Development of the Year category.
Winner of Residential Multi Branch Estate Agency of the Year was Capital in Sidcup. Robinson Jackson Estate Agency Partnership in Gravesend was highly commended while the certificate of merit went to Your Move in Beckenham.
For the category of Negotiator of the Year, John Matthews from Your Move in Northumerland Heath was highly commended, certificate of merit went to Nikita Petty from Halifax in Sidcup and Dan Hergest from Ashwood Estate Agents in Dartford and Dean McCluskey from Remax24 in
Gravesend were finalists.
The Lifetime Achievement Award went to Maxine Fothergill from Amax Estates in Gravesend and Dean McClusky from Remax24 in Gravesend made another appearance when he was highly commended in the same category. .
