A Belvedere man will appear in court later this month charged with possession of a controlled substance.

On Saturday, October 7, police were alerted to a vehicle in Westgate car park, opposite Air and Breathe nightclub in Dartford.

A spokesperson from Kent Police said: “Officers attended the location and spoke to a number of people and Bill Jeeves was arrested at the scene after officers found him in possession of what was believed to be cocaine.”

The 19-year-old from Norman Road was later charged with possession of a controlled drug and bailed to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 24.
