Bexley man given suspended sentence over Dartford assault

The offence occured in Spital Street, Dartford

A 22 year-old man has been given a 90 day sentence, suspended for 12 months after pleading guilty to actual bodily harm and driving without insurance.

Toby Dono, of Faesten Way, Bexley, assaulted a man in Spital Street, Dartford and also drove a Mitsubishi L200 Warrior in Rochester Way, Dartford without insurance.

Dono was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, and was also banned from driving for 14 days.

He must pay £1045 in fines and costs.
