James Draper is accused of breaking into a house last year

Police investigating an aggravated burglary in which jewellery, cash and a car were stolen, have charged a man.

James Draper, 35, of Magpie Hall Close, Bromley, is accused of breaking into a property in Birchwood Road in September last year.

He is also alleged to have had a knife with him at the time.

Draper was arrested on July 7 and charged the following day.

He will appear at Maidstone Crown Court on August 5.
