Months on from a fatal crash on the A2 near Dartford which killed a 46-year-old man, two men have been summoned to court

Police were called to the coastbound carriageway after a five-car pile up on March 1.

Gravesend resident Mark Sharp, died in the crash.

A 28-year-old man from Plumstead has been charged with causing death by careless driving whilst under the influence of drugs and causing death by dangerous driving.

He will appear before Medway Magistrates, along with a 59-year-old man from Welling, who faces a charge of dangerous driving.

Both men will appear in court on October 4.
