Dartford and West Kingsdown men charged over Essex burglary

Both appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday

Two men charged in relation to an Essex burglary have been remanded in custody until their trials begin.

Benjamin Chapman, 22, of Crowhurst Lane, West Kingsdown and 20-year-old Thomas Harber of Darenth Wood Road, Dartford, appeared before Medway magistrates’ on Monday, August 21.

They were both charged with one count of burglary and theft as well as harassment with fear of violence.

The charges come as police investigate a burglary at an Essex property on Wednesday, August 16.

Both men have been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday, September 18.
