Two charged following Dartford drugs warrant

Kent Police officers investigating the supply of drugs in Dartford have charged two people following an early morning drugs warrant.

Officers from the Dartford Divisional Support Unit carried out the warrant at a property in Falcon Close at around 7am on Tuesday August 28.

A quantity of what is suspected to be class A drugs was uncovered and a total of six people were arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug.

Martin Bailey, 47 and of Falcon Close in Dartford, and Blake Hano, 18 and of Great Queen Street in Dartford, have since been charged with possessing cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply and possessing criminal property.

They were remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday August 29.

A further four people were also arrested and they have all been released, pending further enquiries. They are:

·An 18-year-old man from West Kingsdown

·An 18-year-old man from Belvedere

·A 24-year-old woman from Sidcup

·An 18-year-old woman of no fixed address
