Dartford: Longfield man in intensive care after car hits tree

A 32-year-old man suffered serious injuries and remains in intensive care this morning after his car came off the road and rolled down an embankment before hitting a tree last night.

Kent Police are appealing for witnesses who saw the black Mondeo crash in Main Road, Longfield Hill in Dartford.

The incident happened at around 6.55pm.

Officers would especially like to speak to two men - one white, one Asian - in a white van who helped at the scene before the police arrived.

The driver from the Longfield area, was taken to London’s Kings College Hospital.
