Flood: Environment Agency issues Darford warning


Flood warnings issued for the River Darent

Flood warnings have been issued between Westerham and Dartford by the Environment Agency today (June 11).

Overnight rain has caused the river Darent to rise and flooding is possible of low-lying land and roads.

The warning includes the areas of Brasted, Sundridge, Chipstead, Dunton Green, Otford, Eynsford and South Darenth.

The weather is expected to improve through the week with intermittent shows today and tomorrow.
