Nineties sisters B*Witched are continuing their love affair with Gravesend this summer as they headline the Riverside Festival.

Best known for their hit song C’est La Vie in 1998, the double-denim wearing Irish pop group topped the charts with two successful albums.

Twins Edele and Keavy Lynch starred at the Woodville last Christmas in Robin Hood.

Keavy said: “We are really looking forward to playing in Gravesend in the summer, Edele and I are especially looking forward to it, the audiences were great and everyone was so very welcoming, how could we not be looking forward to that again?”

The Gravesham Riverside Festival will be held on July 23.

Top tribute acts include cover artists for David Bowie, UB40, Take That and Justin Bieber will be performing.

Local band The Unknown will also be taking to the one of the two main stages on the prom.

A range of products will also be on offer, with additional products at a youth market run by local young traders.
