The National League clash kicks off at 5.30pm on Saturday, November 11

Ebbsfleet United’s first-ever home game against Leyton Orient will be played in front of the BT Sport cameras.

National League chiefs announced today the clash on Saturday, November 11 had been moved to a late 5.30pm kick-off, instead of the usual 3pm start.

The clubs have only met once before, in 1993, when then Second Division Orient beat the Fleet 2-1 in an FA Cup First Round tie at Brisbane Road.

It will be the first live TV game broadcast from Stonebridge Road since the 2010/11 season when the club’s FA Cup tie against AFC Wimbledon was shown.

The sides were two divisions apart only a matter of months ago, but Fleet secured promotion from the National League South in May, while Orient were relegated after an 112-year stay in the Football League.
