Staff say the hospice is “close to our hearts”

A North Kent hospice has received a generous donation from estate agents Balgores Gravesend. Ellenor Hospice provides care and support for families facing terminal illness in Kent and Bexley, and was chosen by the estate agency in Parrock Street by staff who work there.

Francesca McKinlay, Associate at Balgores, said:

“Here at the estate agency we have had family memebers and friends that have used the hospice, so the charity is one that is close to our hearts.

“My sister’s best friend passed away in the hospice so it means a lot to me.”

The hospice was given a £500 cheque and has been sponsored by the Gravesend branch of Balgores since they opened last year.
