Voters in Bromley, Bexley and north Kent have joined the rest of the country by taking to the polls in Thursday’s EU Referendum.

And the results for your local borough are in, as Kent voted overwhelmingly in favour of Leave.

Boroughs in London mostly voted to remain, but in Bexley 63 per cent of voters opted out.

Gravesham saw the highest Leave vote in the county with 65 per cent of the electorate heading for the EU door.

The results for Bromley, Bexley and north Kent are:

BEXLEY: 80,886 LEAVE vs 47,603 remain (63 per cent Leave)

BROMLEY: 92,398 REMAIN vs 90,034 leave (50.6 per cent Remain)

DARTFORD: 35,870 LEAVE vs 19,835 remain (64.2 per cent Leave)

GRAVESHAM: 35,643 LEAVE vs 18,876 remain (65.4 per cent Leave)

Results suggest Britain has voted to leave EU, after the highest turnout of voters since 1992.

Meanwhile the pound has reportedly dropped to its lowest level against the dollar since 1985.
