Five years for Gravesend stalker who breached order 10 times

He was sentenced today (December 15)

A man has been jailed for five years after he was found guilty of stalking causing serious alarm or distress at Inner London Crown Court.

Jason Place, 46, of Romulus Road, Gravesend, was also found guilty of fraud and 10 counts of failing to comply with a serious crime prevention order.

Place was arrested by detectives from Metropolitan Police after his criminal behaviour was detected by officers who had been monitoring him as part of his serious crime prevention order.
