EBBSFLEET United Ladies returned to league action with a narrow victory on Sunday over London Colney.

Colney, previously unbeaten in the league, took the lead against the run of play.

With Jules Teague shifted to the right and Kelly Philpott pushed up front, Fleet began to create more and more chances with Hayley Barton scoring twice to seal a comfortable victory in the end.
