Gravesend man denies injuring month-old baby

A Gravesend man has pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent to a one-month-old baby.

Nathan Rawling, previously of St Gregory’s Crescent, appeared at Maidstone Magistrates Court today (16).

The baby, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, suffered serious injuries in December 2011.

Rawling will next appear in court for trial, which will be start on January 14 2013.

The 35-year-old was given conditional bail which still stands.

The baby involved in the incident made a full recovery.
