Images of a man have been released after a woman was sexually assaulted.

The alleged assault occurred in Harlow Town Park at around 4.30pm on Sunday (July 27).

A woman in her 40s was with a man she had met earlier that day.

He reportedly pulled her into a wooded area of the park, sexually assaulted her and attempted to rape her before she shouted at him and ran away.

Det Insp Terry Balding said: “The man shown in the images is Miles Conlon. He is 5 ft 6 ins tall, 22 years of age, with short dark hair and was last known to be living in the Gravesend area of Kent. I’m keen to identify his whereabouts so we can speak to him about the offence and potentially eliminate him from our enquiries.”

Anyone with information is urged to contact detectives at the West Sexual Offences Investigation Team on 101, Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or email the incident room at
