An annual event is hoping to find Kent’s best mixed double players.

The Kent Pentanque Association mixed doubles competition will be taking place on July 20 at the Istead Rise Community Centre, Worcester Close, and will last all day.

There will be more than 26 teams involved.

Istead Rise President, Brian King, said: “We are really looking forward to hosting this competition with many of the entrants from the Gravesham area. It would be good for a local pair to win. It will be a great day with an all day barbecue and our Clubs Summer Raffle with some great prizes.”
