Hartley man Paul Noon receives OBE in New Year Honours

Hartley man Paul Noon has received an OBE in the New Year Honours.

Mr Hartley is the general secretary of Prospect – a trade union which represents engineers, managers, scientists and other specialists in both the public and private sectors.

He was handed the honour for his services to employment relations and sustainable employment.
