A cordon has been put in place in Dartford following a neighbour dispute.

Kent Police were called to an address at 11.42am following a report of a dispute between neighbours in Dartford Road, Dartford, on Wednesday February 14.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of threatening behaviour and remains in police custody.

While inside the address, a number of materials were located and Kent Police is now working with the Ministry of Defence to identify their purpose and safety.

As a result, an EoD team has been dispatched to the scene and a cordon is in place .

The address has been evacuated as a precaution.

Officers remain in attendance alongside the Kent Fire and Rescue Service.
