Manohar Takk pleaded guilty to the offence

A MOTORIST has been jailed after he failed to provide a breath test for police.

Manohar Takk, 43, of Peacock Street, Gravesend, admitted committing the offence on April 4 at Dartford and Gravesham Magistrates’ Court.

He was jailed for 126 days, banned from driving for four years and ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge.
