Congestion is heading back to the Qe2 Bridge

Motorists on the M25 have faced lengthy delays this morning (Tuesday) after an earlier accident.

Traffic heading clockwise was queuing from junction three for the Swanley Interchange back across the QE2 bridge to junction 30 for Lakeside.

All lanes have since reopened.

Meanwhile motorists heading into Essex face intermittent lane closures, with traffic tailing back to junction two for the Darenth Interchange.
